Moral standards of professors and teachers are the examples for students

April 14th, 2008 · No Comments ·

Taking into account that students used to spend the major part of their time at school, we can make a conclusion that in general schools play a huge role in the whole level of their lives. The fact is that teacher’s behavior has a significant part. Sometimes namely teachers become objects for children’s imitation. The problem is that in some cases occurs that teachers become responsible for spoiling child’s mood and for imposing into inner world of a young person.

While children attend classes in order to get education, teachers experience strong necessity. As a result, as teachers work with young people, particularly their behavior is considered to be of a great importance. Moral values can be natural but they need to be expended. Some human beings are gifted with tact and tolerance naturally but in some cases people are educated in how to act so that could meet moral standards requirements.

The question as for what should and shouldn’t teacher do to be known as an integral and well balanced person. Surely, a teacher must be reliable and long-suffering to students, take care about them, regardless of person’s skills. Teacher is not supposed to yell at students and display annoyance. A qualified teacher should nurture mutual high opinion and total patience. And in consequence he is entitled to require equal attitude. At present students hardly ever hear about penalty, which used to be obligatory part of education many years ago.

Nowadays, physical punishment is considered to be an throwback and a method of humbling young individuals. Contemporary moral standards of teachers should not permit them select some special people in the group and discriminate others.

Hereby teachers should set perfect examples for students in everything. Thus any kind of disobedience of teacher’s moral principles may become a reason of solemn consequences key mistakes.
